Mission Statement :		The Groupe URD aims to help other humanitarian actors to enhance the way they work in contact with affected populations. http://www.urd.org/ Its relation to ICT is the development of the Dynamic COMPAS: a free software for management of humanitarian projects. This software is based on a Quality assurance method, named the Quality COMPAS, and aims to improve the organisation, the share, and the lookup facilities of the information among all the people involved in a project. http://www.compasqualite.org/
