Organisations working in the field of information and communication technology for peace are invited to join the ICT4Peace Foundation's network. The ICT4Peace network is concerned with the application of ICT in the fields such as humanitarian relief, crisis management, peace operations, conflict prevention and resolution, peace building and other related activities.
Member organisations can be governmental, inter-governmental or non-governmental. Membership of the ICT4Peace network is limited to institutions - individuals will not be considered.
All applications are subject to review. The Foundation will not respond to solicitations regarding the status of applications and any incomplete applications, or those with inaccurate or false information, will be disqualified. All successful submissions will be featured on the site no more than 48 hours after the they were submitted to the Foundation.
The idea of the network is to secure and strengthen a global coalition in support of ICT for peace, through programmes of research, advocacy and practice. Organisations committed to this shared goal are strongly advised to apply and join a growing interest in and support of ICT4Peace.
